Disappointing Loss

Two outs in the 8th, runner on first in a 4-3 game and Scot could not hold it for one more out and get the lead to Frankie in the 9th? This is the offense he had to deal with: Ellis (made 2nd out); Scutaro (singled, got to 2nd as run scored on Vladdy error); Dan Johnson (doubles in Marco Polo); Suzuki, and not the Ichiro one (hit by pitch); Donnie Murphy (singles in run, Suzuki to 2nd).

At this point, Greg Jones came in to make the deficit one that could most likely not be overcome.

I guess you can't really be too upset with Shields, with his 46.0 IP, 8 ER in the 2 months or so previous to this performance. Can't be too upset with Vladdy either, as he is making an impressive effort to keep this team from silly losses like this. By the way, who is this Santiago Casilla guy who got the win, and why does his picture on Yahoo Sports have a border around it, while nobody elses does?

Update: Thanks to baseball-reference, I have learned that Santiago Casilla used to be known as Jairo Garcia. One of these names must be fake, I assume, and if not, how many names does he have?
