Carrasco joins Hillenbrand in DFA world

Carrasco's 1.75 baserunners per inning was going to get him DFA'd soon, and now it has finally happened. Chris Resop was recalled to fill the roster spot, which will likely be taken over by Speier sometime in the next week.
